溶解建议 提供的重组大鼠激活素-A产品形式为冻干粉末.推荐加无菌的蒸馏的无热源的水以配制工作储存液到不低于100ug/ml，后继实验过程中可根据实验要求进一步稀释.
保存建议 大鼠激活素-A产品在室温条件下可以保存3周，应该置于-18℃或更低温度下干燥保存.重新溶解后可置于4℃保存2-7天，为长期使用，保存温度应低于-18℃.请避免反复冻融.

基本描述 Activins are homodimers or heterodimers of the different β subunit isoforms, part of the TGFβ family. Mature Activin A has two 116 amino acids residues βA subunits (βA-βA). Activin displays an extensive variety of biological activities, including mesoderm induction, neural cell differentiation, bone remodelling, haematopoiesis, and reproductive physiology. Activins takes part in the production and regulation of hormones such as FSH, LH, GnRH and ACTH. Cells that are identified to express Activin A include fibroblasts, endothelial cells, hepatocytes, vascular smooth muscle cells, macrophages, keratinocytes, osteoclasts, bone marrow monocytes, prostatic epithelium, neurons, chondrocytes, osteoblasts, Leydig cells, Sertoli cells, and ovarian granulosa cells.
