Measurement of TNF-α, IL-1β, VEGF-α,and IL-17A Protein Levels
Protein concentration of TNF-α, IL-1β, VEGF-α,and IL-17A in the rat pleural cavity fluid were measured by the way introduced by Cai et al. Briefly, protein was extracted from the pleural cavity fluid and the concentration was adjusted to 4 mg/mL.The concentration of TNF-α, IL-1β, VEGF-α, and IL-17A were then determined using a commercial ELISA kit (Shanghai Jinma Biological Technology, Inc., China) following the manufacture's instruction.
