Estimation of Liver IL-1β and TNF-α Level
Liver samples were disintegrated in five volumes of ice-cold RIPA buffer. After incubation on ice for 30 min, samples were centrifuged twice at 20,000×g for 15 min at 4 °C. The resulting supernatants were used for assay. The hepatic concentration of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and TNF-α was determined using a commercial ELISA kit (Shanghai Jinma Biological Technology, Inc., China) following the manufacture’s instruction.
