磷霉素钠/Disodium phosphonomycin

 Description
Biochem/physiol Actions Antibiotic that concentrates in kidney and bladder; reduces nephrotoxicity and ototoxicity of platinum-containing anti-tumor agents. Fosfomycin inhibits UDP-GlcNAc enolpyruvyl tranferase （MurA）, an enzyme involved in bacterial cell wall biosynthesis.
